Jayne Sykes offers three decades of experience in the West Yorkshire Police and, most recently, as T/Chief Executive of the WYP Office of Police and Crime Commissioner. A graduate of both the Strategic Command Course for chief officers and the University of Cambridge Police Executive Programme, her experience includes service as Head of Performance and Intelligence Analysis, Director of Change, and establishment of the West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Unit. She has designed and implemented a randomized trial in police body-worn video cameras, measuring the impact of the technology on police legitimacy. Her consulting portfolio at the Cambridge Centre includes implementation tracking and management.
